Do I pay anything upfront?
No. Getting your guaranteed offer is completely free. The fee only becomes payable once you accept an offer and sign the Guaranteed Sale Agreement — when a real buyer is locked in.
What exactly is the fee?
A single flat percentage of the agreed sale price (5% in our examples), paid directly to BMV and separately from your sale proceeds. No listing fees, no monthly costs, no hidden extras.
What if you can't find a buyer?
That's the point of the guarantee. We only ask for the fee once a buyer is in front of you — and if that buyer ever falls through, we either purchase the unit ourselves at the agreed price, or refund your fee in full. Your exit — or your money — is guaranteed either way.
How do refunds work?
If we ever fail to deliver your guaranteed sale, your fee is returned to you in full — no deductions, no quibbles — and refunds are processed within 7 days of confirmation.
Do I have to deal with the buyer?
Never. You deal only with BMV. We manage the buyer, the MOU, the developer NOC and the DLD transfer end to end — you simply sign and exit.
